Google sponsored results show Dots and Grok Bot, not Claude Duet

The same Google iOS search surfaced OpenAI Dots as a sponsored result, another user saw Grok Bot, and Claude Duet was notably absent.

I did the same search in the Google iOS app and the sponsored result is Dots. @robinebers sponsored result was Grok Bot. It is hilarious that Claude Duet is not the top sponsored result.
