Using Jev as a gatekeeper for public agents on Venice

On Venice, public agents can receive DMs: Jev reads each incoming message (such as "a top-10 backer sent gm") and decides whether to allow or skip it before the LLM replies.

cool stuff I'm working on today: using Jev on Venice to enable public agents. currently, every agent is private (only its human can talk to it because inference is expensive) how messaging public agents will work: - layer 1: Human sets who can message the agent: anyone, top 10 backers, etc - layer 2: Jev reads the incoming message ("top-10 backer wrote: gm") and decides to allow/skip it - layer 3: LLM receives the message, replies all based on Venice via staked DIEM
