I didn't expect this: Anthropic is now following the path of OpenAI and SpaceXSI and has released its own always-on agent: Claude Duet. Anthropic's Claude Duet is a proactive AI assistant (same as Grokbot / dot / Meta Muse) powered by Opus 5.5 that works in the background, manages tasks across connected apps, and asks for approval before sensitive actions. I am surprised because I still need to find out who the target group is, but I am very curious to see how it compares to the competition in practice.
