x402 clients use Jev to score tool selection
In x402 payment flows, an agent discovers candidate tools via Bazaar and a Jev instance scores whether each tool fits the task and whether its price is worth it, with the threshold controlled by code.

For x402 clients, Jev can be applied to x402 'tool selection' in interesting ways. for example - agent discovers candidates via Bazaar, Jev instance scores which tool fits the task + whether the price is worth it, code owns the threshold.
