holy sh*t, Grok Bot's own docs tell you to start with one bot while everyone else is still building useless org charts the article gives that first bot a name: Chief. the current xAI docs make the sequence painfully clear: 1. one bot owns the outcome › give one Grok Bot an end-to-end job before splitting it into specialist roles. 2. bots are not security boundaries › they share one cloud computer, including files, browser sessions, and logins. 3. skills come before routines › run the task once, correct it, save the method, then schedule it. 4. approval stays human › sending, spending, publishing, deleting, and irreversible actions stop at you. 5. specialists come from repeated handoffs › add another Grok Bot only when one stable stage keeps escaping Chief. the expensive mistake is scaling the roster before you can explain the route, receipt, and stop rule for one job. bookmark this order: owner first, skill second, routine third, specialist last.
