The same real agent sessions ran 24 hours across OpenRouter, Vercel, Ramp and Keln, measuring cache hit rate, speed, reasoning and cost; Keln led cache hits at 94% while reasoning numbers were worse.

AI GATEWAY BENCHMARK: OpenRouter, Vercel, Ramp, Keln. We ran 24h of the same real agent sessions (DeepSeek V4.1 Flash). We tested cache hit rate, speed, reasoning, and cost. Cache hit rate: @ramprouter 63% (!!!), @vercel 87%, @OpenRouter 88%, @keln_ai 94%. Reasoning numbers are worse.
