Early tester rates Gemini 4 Argon: strong 3D and coding, weak frontend motion
LexnLin says Argon is much better at 3D and decent at coding, but weak on frontend and motion with little taste, though overall a successful release.
Gemini-4 Argon is a good model -- in many areas. - It can do 3d A LOT better than previous models. But tbh I think Opus 5.5 can still make something better (demo soon!) - Argon is a good coding model. I haven't tested it too much on pure coding knowledge but it seems like it is pretty decent. Saw many cool demos (not as benchmaxxed as many people think) - Unfortunately Argon is NOT good at frontend/motion. - The model doesn't really have taste, but I heard that they are working on it and are seeing improvements! - That's why websites, art and animations won't look that good as with for example astra or claude models. But overall congrats to @GoogleDeepMind on the launch! It is a successful model from google imo. and thx for letting me test it early :)
