我一直是用 Codex，因为不用担心被封号。Claude 我没用过，或者说没有深度用过，因为我的好几个账号还没来得及付费就被封了。所以，我没有什么发言权，因为没有做过深度的对比。但按道理来说，应该是 Claude 更好使一点
