Users report wave of Claude account unbans in China, plus an appeal template
A poster says many China-region Claude accounts have recently been unbanned and shares an English appeal template covering account use and two defenses: unauthorized foreign logins and access from a non-restricted region.

最近Claude好像开始解封了不少中国区的账号,这是良心发现了吗?😂 给大家找来一个申请解封的申诉模板,可以收藏一下,兴许什么时候就用上了。 ---- What do you use your account for? First blank fill: I use my Claude account primarily for legitimate software development and programming-related work, including coding assistance, debugging, technical research, and development tasks. My usage is for personal and professional development purposes, and I do not intentionally engage in any activity that violates Anthropic’s policies or Terms of Service. ---- Second blank fill: I would like to clarify two important points regarding my account activity. First, I recently noticed some unusual login attempts from an unrecognized IP address in a different country, which I did not authorize or initiate. If your systems recorded any Claude Code activity associated with my account on that date, I would greatly appreciate it if you could carefully review the relevant account activity, login, and access logs, as such activity was not initiated by me. Second, my account has consistently been accessed and used from a network environment located in a non-restricted region. To the best of my knowledge, I have not intentionally accessed Claude from a restricted or unsupported region. I take account security and compliance seriously and have always intended to use Claude in accordance with Anthropic’s policies and Terms of Service. I would sincerely appreciate a manual review of my account activity and the circumstances that resulted in the account being placed on hold. If any additional information or verification is required from me, I am happy to cooperate. Please review my case and, if possible, restore access to my account. Thank you for taking the time to review my appeal.
