OpenAI shipped Dots at DevDay: Always-on agents with their own cloud computer. Altman already runs one. It works the night shift on email, calendar, Slack, and DMs, then sends one morning brief. Drafts attached. Nothing sent. The part worth copying is the rule, not the product. It may interrupt only if a sender, a window, and a number clear. No stop condition and the agent becomes a second inbox.
