Local GLiNER2.5 fine-tune becomes a Jev-style menu chooser
A GLiNER2.5 fine-tune trained as a Jev-shaped computer-use chooser scores 128/128 on the held-out menu test at 36ms on MPS, about 7x faster than hosted Jev, but it only picks from a preset menu and does not plan or click.

3 numbers from a local GLiNER2.5 fine-tune I trained as a Jev-shaped chooser for computer use: • 128/128 on the held-out menu test (base GLiNER: 60/128) • 36ms warm p50 on MPS vs 259ms hosted Jev • 287M params, text only, no screenshots Tradeoff: it only picks from a menu you already built.
