Lowering effort from Max: same app drops from 79 minutes to 16

A Korean post says users of Fable 5.1, Opus 5.5 and GPT-6 Astra don't need to always run Max/XHigh, since lowering the setting cut build time from 79 to 16 minutes with nearly identical results.
