GPT-6 Astra completes 9 of 12 tasks unattended after laptop is closed

i gave GPT-6 Astra 12 tasks and one rule don’t ask me what to do next then i closed the laptop the first few tasks moved exactly how i expected research finished files appeared agents handed work forward then one of them hit a missing source this was usually where the whole system stopped and waited for me but this time the agent wrote down what it couldn’t prove, isolated that part of the task and passed everything else forward another agent picked up the usable work a reviewer rejected one artifact the builder fixed it two other tasks finished while that was happening when i opened the laptop again, 9 of the 12 tasks were done 2 were waiting for approval 1 had failed and somehow the failed one was the most interesting because nothing else had failed with it i spent months trying to make GPT-6 Astra complete more work without me turns out the bigger upgrade was teaching the system how to lose one task without losing the whole night
