Five-role decision chain on GPT-6 Astra makes autonomous agents prove before acting

The author layers Watcher, Analyst, Risk, Executor and human approval over GPT-6 Astra so agents stop and ask instead of guessing.

holy sh*t, GPT 6 Astra could make autonomous AI agents a lot harder to trust blindly imagine giving an AI permission to run your entire workflow, then putting 5 independent roles between its decisions and the real world watch what happens inside this decision system one agent detects a signal, another investigates the evidence, a third tries to prove the decision is wrong the executor doesn't get to act just because the model sounds confident it has to survive the checks first → WATCHER catches changes before they become problems → ANALYST connects the signals to actual evidence → RISK searches for contradictions and missing information → EXECUTOR prepares actions that pass the checks → HUMAN approves anything consequential the interesting part is what happens when they disagree a rejected decision doesn't disappear, it becomes evidence for the next attempt a missing source doesn't get replaced with a confident guess and a high confidence score isn't permission to do something irreversible here's the rule i'd give every autonomous agent: "Before executing an action, identify the evidence supporting it, find the strongest reason it could be wrong, and classify the action as safe, reversible or requiring approval If evidence is missing, stop and ask instead of guessing" most people are trying to make AI agents act more independently i want agents that can explain exactly why they decided not to act that's a much more interesting kind of intelligence
