Anthropic banned 11.4M accounts in H1, with about a 10% appeal success rate

Citing Anthropic's transparency report, the post says 11.4 million accounts were banned in the first half of the year with roughly a 10% appeal success rate, and warns that new rules effective November 12 could also catch normal users.
