The second clock is Claude Opus 5.5 through the API. It only wakes when a coin survives the gate. It reads the thesis and signs or rejects in seconds. At $4 in and $20 out per million tokens, and 40% cheaper to run than Opus 5, it can afford to think on every candidate that matters. The hour clock is OpenAI dots. They run 24/7 on their own cloud computers and handle the slow work. Wallet research, whale watching, daily reports, asking for approvals. Every coin walks the same path. Launch. Gate.
