Meta employee describes the Muse team's creative atmosphere
A Meta Superintelligence Labs employee says Muse team members often pitch the same ideas he has been prototyping, describing a team that thinks on the frontier.
You never know what to expect when you join a big company - and I have never been a part of one before joining @meta this year. I'm used to staying up late, feeling like if I don't come up with something, nobody will. I'm used to having a lot of creative ideas and people looking at me weird. At the @meta superintelligence labs? It feels like everyone else is operating the same way I was when I was outside of meta - just together as a team of teams. It is very often I will tell someone an idea I've been prototyping and they will say "oh, me too!". This is a crazy experience to be surrounded by so many incredible people curated by @alexandr_wang and @natfriedman and I feel very lucky to be a part of it. I've had this happen with multiple people on the @muse team, like with @wailord, @lucas_switzer, and many others. These talented creative humans are living and thinking on the absolute frontier. I'm not on the @muse team, but I am inspired by them (and my muse!). They have created something delightful - a vibe that is very hard to capture. I'm excited to be building alongside them as we create agents, and agent experiences, together ❤️
