Local dual-GB10 DeepSeek V4.1 Flash 1017 run: three days of bug hunting worth ~$800 in API credits

A developer says three days of round-the-clock bug hunting would have cost about $800 in DeepSeek V4.1 Flash 1017 API credits (over $6,000 on Opus), but ran locally on a dual-GB10 host at concurrency 4 and 512k context.

It started as an experiment in self evolving software that evolved to combine and consolidate many of my individual systems… as far as the build goes, I launched it and then tried to make sure I made it as transparent as possible. Most of the in between, my AI systems drove and built. I woke up 2 weeks ago to “holy crap! This is awesome” and have been reining it in to ship since. It did spend 3 days on constant bug hunts. It ran around the clock. It would have been somewhere around $800 in DeepSeek V4.1 Flash 1017 API credits or over $6,000 on Opus API. All on a local DSV4.1F1017 TP=2 GB10 host with concurrency 4 and 512k context. So when I say don’t run it on API for LLM, I mean it. Jev is cheep and helps. I paid for xAI duplex voice because it’s quite nice. Cost me <$5 last week total.
