Jev works well as a general classifier but has ordering bias
Jev performs well for classification and reranking, and a best-of-n approach with shuffled ordering can work around its ordering bias.

Jev is actually insanely good as a general classifier, super happy with the results. it has some quirks (such as ordering bias), but it's so cheap and fast doing a best-of-n with shuffled ordering works really well. I think even if you intended to train your own classifier or reranker etc, prototyping with Jev is great
