Building a single-purpose video downloader as a Grok Bot
The author built a dedicated Grok Bot and tested downloading short videos from Facebook, YouTube and TikTok on iPhone with a conversion step, found Instagram problematic, and plans a video analysis bot next.
I have a dedicated bot for video downloads since it just does one thing Tested downloading of short videos from facebook, youtube, tiktok in my iPhone. It has a conversion step so when you receive the video in chat, you can download it to your phone. Instagram has issues You might need to update it to use for Android if the raw video format downloaded is incompatible with your phone. I am not able to test that because I don't have an Android phone I will try to see if this can be extended to make a new Video Analysis bot Video downloader Grok Bot https://x.ai/bot/m4oC8rZ1mrlr5ikxAjNgy
