Old vLLM recipe may work for DeepSeek V4.1 Flash 1017 deployment

The author says the existing vLLM recipe should carry over to the 1017 release by swapping the model, links a DGX Spark repo, and is working on a TensorFold recipe.

The 'old' vLLM recipe for DeepSeek v4.1 Flash *should* work with the new 1017 release. I haven't tried it though. Just try replacing the model. That being said, I'm working on a TensorFold recipe. vLLM recipe here: https://github.com/MiaAI-Lab/DeepSeek-v4.1-Flash-DGX-Sparks
