A 50-minute walk, and a 47-minute meeting with Grok Bot
The author turned a post-workout walk into AI meeting time: Grok Bot reviewed last week, planned next week and reworked marketing plans, then resumed seamlessly after a phone call.
Grok Bot has made “dead time” dramatically more useful for me. Today I went for a 50-minute walk after training. For 47 minutes of it, I was having a meeting with my Grok Bot Chief of Staff. We reviewed last week. Planned next week. Worked through a few marketing changes. Halfway through, I got a phone call. I took the call, hung up, and Grok Bot picked up exactly where we left off. Completely seamless. The weird part? I was walking past people talking to my Chief of Staff and they probably assumed I was on the phone with another person. This is the part I’m incredibly bullish on. Walks. Commutes. Low-key workouts. Time away from the laptop. That used to be mostly dead time for serious AI work. Now it can become operating time. What “dead time” in your day would you turn into AI meeting time?
