A 15-minute weekly alignment meeting for your Grok Bot
The author shares a seven-question agenda for a weekly 15-minute huddle so a Grok Bot's understanding of you and your business doesn't drift over time.

Want your Grok Bot to get better at working with you every week? Give your Chief of Staff one recurring meeting with you: A 15-minute weekly huddle. The goal is simple: stop its understanding of you and your business slowly drifting over time. Here’s the exact agenda I’d give your Chief of Staff to run the meeting: 1 - What did you learn about me this week that should become permanent context? 2 - What instructions or preferences did I correct more than once? 3 - What information are you currently holding that may now be outdated? 4 - What decisions did we make this week that should change how you operate going forward? 5 - Where did you misunderstand me, make a bad assumption, or need unnecessary clarification? 6 - What recurring work did you notice that we should turn into a routine, skill or delegation? 7 - What do you still not understand well enough about me, my businesses or how I work? Then finish with: “Based on this discussion, update anything that should become part of how you work with me going forward.” Most people spend all their time adding more agents, tools and instructions to Grok Bot. I’d spend 15 minutes a week making sure the Chief of Staff you already have is getting better at working with you.
