Heavy Grok Bot user says iOS integration adds an extra step
The author likes the Grok Bot interface on the web app but says the iOS integration requires an extra swipe and tap compared with the native Grok Bot app, which is noticeably worse for someone who opens it dozens of times a day.

Honestly, I love the Grok Bot UI on the Grok web app. If they made a desktop app for Grok that could interface with my Mac, and this was the format, I'd be all for it. But for iOS, I do NOT prefer Grok app integration of Grok Bot over the native Grok Bot app. I am a heavy Grok Bot user now and launch the Grok Bot app on my phone many times per day to input information. Even just one extra swipe or tap to access a bot is game-changing for levels of annoyance. Being able to launch + single tap + engage on the native grok bot app is actually extremely valuable to me vs having to launch, swipe left, tap before being able to engage. If there was a way to set the Grok app to open directly to your bots, it'd be the same and I wouldn't care, but this single extra input alone sucks. Feels like they're teeing up a consolidation here, but I hope it doesn't come at the cost of any extra input.
