13-year-old founder launches Superwired AI customer service
A 13-year-old developer released Superwired, which uses AI to answer customer calls, messages and emails in seconds and send follow-up reminders, alongside progress on Draftex and MCPatch.
Day 4 of chasing my goals as an 13 y/oEntrepreneur. Most small business owners do not lose customers because they do not deliver their service or product efficiently. They lose customers in the period between "Hi, is it open?" and getting a response. A missed call during an appointment, an instant message on a Sunday, an email unopened till Monday. @superwired_ closes that gap. We look at every way your customers reach you, plug in AI that replies in seconds, follows up and sends reminders, and keep it running as AI keeps changing. You just keep doing your actual job. The journey so far: → Day 1: went deep on Claude Code → Day 2: shipped Draftex → Day 3: built VialSight for a hackathon, and fixed MCPatch the same day a stranger broke its free limit → Day 4: Drillmap got an Honorable Mention, payments went live in test mode on Draftex and MCPatch, and 60 cold emails went out for Superwired What I realized today: I spent hours hunting for the "perfect" SaaS idea. That's a trap. Money doesn't have to come from one place. So I'm running it from three: Superwired for clients, the apps I've already built, and the next SaaS (I have one idea, hunting for another). Also building an app with some other teenagers. X fam, check the first reply for some exciting news 👀
