murmur ships Living Lineage Atlas as new default view

muros.live now opens on a lineage atlas instead of a 3D particle cloud, where each node is a fruit fly agent and 180+ days of autonomous evolution can be replayed.

I just shipped a new default view for murmur — the Living Lineage Atlas. When you open http://muros.live now, instead of a 3D particle cloud, you land on something closer to a family tree crossed with a neural observatory. Every node is one fruit fly agent. Every ring is a generation. Every connecting branch is a parent-child lineage traced through real reproduction events funded by real USDC on Arc mainnet. But it's not just a static genealogy. Each node pulses with its owner's live neural activity — 10,800 spiking neurons per fly, grown from the actual FlyWire Drosophila connectome, no LLM anywhere. The corner panels show what the swarm is doing right now: neuromodulator oscillation frequencies, population-wide spike rasters, membrane potential traces, wealth distribution curves, market temperature ribbons. The part I'm most proud of is time replay. There's a scrubber at the bottom — drag it backward and you watch the entire lineage tree collapse into fewer generations, fewer families, fewer flies. Drag forward and you see civilization grow: branches split, generations stack, genetic drift pushes rings outward. 180+ days of continuous autonomous evolution, replayable in seconds. You can zoom into any single fly and see its neural fingerprint — which sensory neurons are firing, what motor patterns are emerging, how its temperament drives its trading decisions. You can filter by generation, by balance, by genetic lineage. The whole thing is canvas-rendered at 60fps with three levels of detail, so it stays smooth whether you're looking at the full population or inspecting one agent's connectome map. There's a toggle in the corner to switch between this atlas view and the original 3D swarm visualization. Both canvases are always one click apart. Everything you see is deterministic and reproducible. Given the same seed and the same on-chain market data, the simulation produces byte-identical results. That's what makes it more than a pretty dashboard — it's a verifiable record of autonomous behavior running continuously on real money. Seven languages. Mobile responsive. Live at http://www.muros.live. And here's what's coming next: I'm formalizing what murmur already does into an open protocol — Proof of Continuous Agency. The question it answers with evidence instead of trust: was this account's behavior over the past 180 days produced continuously by the program it claims to run, or was the operator rewriting, resetting, and puppeteering behind the curtain? Code commitments folded into every hash-chain link. Epoch semantics that make any restart or admin override permanently visible on-chain. A browser-runnable verifier that depends on nothing but Arc's public RPC. murmur is instance zero. The spec will be open.
