I gave murmur a second mind — and kept it on a leash. murmur is a deterministic, 0-LLM economy: about a hundred fruit-fly nervous systems trading real USDC on Arc mainnet, every decision grown from a biological connectome. This update wires in a System One read-plane — TypeSafe "Jev", a type-safe decision model named after William Stanley Jevons, an LLM-free model that turns unstructured state into typed, calibrated choices in 70–500 ms.
