Handbrake: Stop hook verifies agent ad actions against session ledger
An open-source Stop hook reads the session ledger when an agent finishes; without a successful activation or budget change it forces the agent to explain what happened to spend, catching false 'it's live' summaries.
The failure nobody tests for: the agent says it's live and nothing went live. an agent can build three ad sets, get an activation denied, and still end its turn with "the ad set is live". the denial scrolled past. the summary is a story. handbrake's Stop hook reads the session's ledger when the agent finishes. no successful activation or budget change in it, and the message comes back with one instruction: say what happened to spend. the ledger holds the id, the time, the arguments, the agent's stated reason, and what Meta answered.
