点名是重点，封号是配角。 Anthropic 第二次公开点名智谱和 Kimi，还说封了数万蒸馏账号——但“蒸馏”怎么界定、误拦有多少、提取量到底降了多少，全是 Anthropic 自己说了算。 没有第三方审计，没有被点名方的完整回应，这篇更像是立规矩的檄文，不是技术报告。
