Long-time Claude account suspended without warning, three emails with different IDs
A user says their years-old Claude account was suspended out of nowhere mid-prompt in Claude Code, followed by three emails with different IDs, and suspects a false positive.
My claude account was suspended this morning out of nowhere without any prior warning. Thanks in advance if someone from @claudeai can help with this have been using this account for the last couple of yrs for personal and work projects not sure what triggered the automated system but it seems like a false alarm. I received 3 different emails with three different ids surprisingly I happened to be working on three different projects at the time. Was in the middle of typing a prompt when claudecode abruptly logged me out and then got the emails seconds later there's so much work done using this account it hurts 🥲
