Paddock Inference Engine 0.1.10 adds Jev-style API

Paddock 0.1.10 supports Windows, Linux, DGX Spark and macOS, and adds a Jev-style classification API built on DiffusionGemma 26B-A4B, along with Laya and Qwen Image-2.1 models.

Paddock Inference Engine 0.1.10 is out for Windows, Linux, DGX Spark (ARM), and macOS. It now includes a Jev-style API with a classifier built from @Google DiffusionGemma 26B-A4B. We also added Laya, @Alibaba_Qwen Image-2.1, and @OpenBMB MiniCPM5-2B. MIT/Apache 2.0: http://github.com/truespar/paddock
