Picking the most expensive AI video model for every shot is an easy way to burn your budget. I ran the same 10s shot through Wan 3.0, Kling 4.0 & Seedance 2.5. Roughly $1, $1.50 & $5. My rule: Seedance for cinematic shots, Kling for UGC + motion control, Wan for animation & hyper motion. The best model isn’t always the most expensive one. It’s the one that fits the shot.
