We just launched a new website for Handle, one that better explains both our vision and the products were building. The way we think about Handle is simple: before you can automate an industry, you need to understand its data. First, we build the most reliable source of truth for insurance operations. By connecting directly to carrier portals, emails, and other data sources, we create a unified data layer across the entire business. For the first time, brokers and carriers can have a complete, real-time understanding of their policies, premiums, customers, payments, and much more, all in one place. The second layer is where agents come in, we deploy specialized AI agents that operate like digital employees, handling entire workflows such as collections, quoting, KYC, and eventually many more. These agents dont just answer questions, but they take action, execute tasks, and operate on top of the same trusted data. Our vision is to build the infrastructure that allows the insurance industry to move from fragmented systems and manual operations to a world where AI agents can execute work end-to-end.
