Meow raises $31.6M Series B as Stifel plans to white-label its agent banking
Meow, which lets AI agents open business bank accounts via one command and work with Claude and ChatGPT, raised a $31.6M Series B led by Stifel, which will white-label the platform.

In 2024, Meow's CEO said it held nearly $2 billion in customer assets with about 15 employees. On October 15, it announced a $31.6 million Series B led by Stifel Financial. The company lets AI agents open business bank accounts, and Stifel plans to offer the platform to its own banking clients. Meow was founded in New York in 2021 by Brandon Arvanaghi, the CEO, and Bryce Crawford, the CTO. It sells business accounts to startups, funds, and crypto companies. There are no wire or ACH fees, and it offers corporate cards, treasury, invoicing, bookkeeping, and crypto rails for USDC, USDT, BTC, SOL, and ETH. In April, Meow launched banking for AI agents. An agent runs one command to start the application and then continues in chat, and it works with Claude and ChatGPT. Once the account is open, agents can issue virtual and physical cards, send and receive payments, and handle invoicing. Meow's card pays 2.5% cashback on eligible AI spend. Meow says it has billions of dollars in assets, billions in annualized payment volume, and millions in annualized profit. Arvanaghi says it runs over $5 billion a year in stablecoin volume. The Stifel deal is the bigger change. Stifel will white-label Meow's full platform to its commercial banking clients, starting with venture and fund banking, with a launch expected in early 2027. The package covers onboarding, bill pay, expense management, invoicing, agentic compliance and back office, and stablecoins. Archetype also joined the round. The round brings Meow's total funding to over $60 million, after a $5 million seed and a $22 million Series A in 2022 led by Tiger Global.
