Since GPT-6 Astra launched on September 3, PCB fabs, AI tool makers, and independent engineers have run PCB design tests with it. We follow this topic closely, so we read and summarized all available reports. The boards are two to six layers, Freerouting often did the routing, and none of the reports says how much cleanup it took to get to a board you would send to fab.
