Merging Jev computer-use with a code-only relay stack

The author combines a Jev computer-use flow with a pure-code relay stack, having Jev output only a confidence score for UI-change-triggered code regeneration and the next step index to check, instead of generating actions.

今天把纯 code 的 relay stack 和之前使用 Jev 的 computer-use 流程融合的时候，发现 Jev 在这里面其实有更有效的用途。执行速度方面 Jev 永远没有 code 快，但是 code 有可能引起 UI 显著变化，而导致后续 code 不再有效。这个时候 Jev 就可以拿来生成： 1. UI 前后显著变化而导致的 code 需要重新生成的置信度 2. 下一个需要 Jev 检查的操作步骤序号而不是让 Jev 生成下一个操作。这样既提升了速度，也通过注入智能，提升了系统鲁棒性。
