Who steers an AI livestream: a proposal to let Jev arbitrate

The author argues chat-controlled streams drift toward low-quality content and proposes an arbiter such as Jev, paired with longer submitted segments and voting, to pick what the stream plays next.

AI livestreams controlled by the chat leads to a chaotic user experience, a fleeting thought can influence the direction of the stream. Something a particular user put no thought or effort into can affect the experience of many other users. This fact will slowly trend these types of livestreams towards more degen content We can introduce some arbiter then to decide which direction the stream should progress. The arbiter could be an agent, a consensus system like voting? Though voting every 15 seconds is fatiguing for the user! Maybe JEV should just decide for us :) I like the idea of giving users a place to load up more context about their stream segment (a post), the segment could be many minutes long, and the top up voted post gets played for the next N minutes. A longer N gives more users more time to vote and crowd consensus sources the next stream path!
