Two Claude accounts on the same device and IP: one works, one banned
A user says Claude knows they are Chinese and in China and even gives China-specific advice, yet of two accounts on the same device, network and IP, one works and one was banned, calling the bans arbitrary.

@Zhibin992 没用的，这个是玄学。我的克劳德，他就知道我是中国人，也知道我在中国。我做很多项目，他还专门给我在中国的建议。但是我两个号同样的设备、同样的网络、同样的 IP 一个正常，一个就被封。
