I asked #ChatGPT about world models. Then sim2real. Then embodied agents. Then RLHF. Four threads. One scrollback buffer. A day later, I could find one of them. Here's the expensive part: the answers were never missing. The connections were. Every AI tool hands you one answer, in one line, then buries what you cared about five minutes ago. That's not how understanding works — and you already know it, because your best ideas have never once arrived in order. So I built Parallely(https://www.parallely.xyz). Ask ONE question. It refracts into a canvas of parallel idea cards, streaming in live. Then the canvas is yours: → branch any card into new directions — nothing gets buried → select 3 → merge → one card shows the pattern none of them showed alone → turn ANY card into a two-host podcast, as many as you want → invite your team — live cursors, live edits Chat is linear. Understanding isn't. It's for anyone who has ever lost a good thought in a chat log. Students. Researchers. Builders. Me. Soft-launched couple of weeks back: ~130 users, one LinkedIn post, $0 ad spend. Built solo, end to end. This is my entry in the @emergentlabs Builder Fest - top 200 of the entries. I'd love your eyes on it. https://app.emergent.sh/showcase/builderfest-kevin/094c6ac5-cc54-45b0-aec5-6645155e3ac9 Tell me the last thing you went down a rabbit hole on. I'll tell you exactly how I'd map it on Parallely.
