Krea 3 beta tested: strong reference edits, a few rough edges
A user testing Krea 3 beta says reference-driven image editing and per-region prompts work well, but it caps output at 4 images, the Krea Agent button can't be closed, and chat history is hard to review.
Day 5 of 30: testing a different AI tool for creative work every day. Krea 3 beta from @krea_ai just released, so I gave it a spin this morning. Pros: - Excels at fast, reference-driven image edits. I gave it six inputs, tried different backgrounds, and it kept the subject consistent throughout - You can draw boxes or masks on a single image, then give each region its own prompt for more control - Krea Edit even lets you change the camera angle and light sources which is a nice touch Cons: Honestly, not many. - You can only generate up to 4 images at a time - You can't close out of the "Try Krea Agent" button - Chat history was hard to review/keep in view Other than that, what Krea is doing for iterative, process-driven image edits is great. So great, in fact, that we added Krea 3 to Canvas in @airHQ. Live now.
