所有项目优先本地，且完成任务先写handoff文档，然后本地git。联网就顺便把Github也做了。 然后，可以顺便偶尔备份本地claude或codex的文件夹，针对项目，也可以把jsonl对话日志也拷贝了。但我觉得什么都备份也是垃圾，我是结合Obsidian，定期或按任务步骤，写一个项目开发日记，把讨论，决策，做了什么，还没做什么，也单独记录一份。 这样，无论哪个被封了，换个工具接着干也行。
