Grok Bot six-bot night shift test: 574 tasks done, 0 irreversible actions
A user split work among six Grok Bots (scout, quant, risk, exec, scribe, chief) and overnight they completed 574 tasks, blocked 41 actions and made no irreversible moves without approval.
grok bot crews are f**king insane. i gave 6 bots one job before bed and came back to 574 finished tasks, 41 blocked actions, 83 bounced handoffs and 0 irreversible moves made without me. [here's roughly how it was set up 👇] 1. scout scans everything and builds the shortlist, but it never decides what moves forward. 2. quant scores what's left and attaches the numbers, but it can't resize anything or touch the final action. 3. risk reads the evidence and answers PASS, CUT or KILL. one number without a source and the whole handoff gets sent back. 4. exec is the only seat allowed to act, and even exec stays locked until a timestamped PASS is waiting for it. 5. scribe pins the source, read time, evidence and outcome to every handoff, so a made-up number can't slip through the crew. 6. chief keeps the other 5 moving in the right order, but never researches, scores or executes anything itself. the part i didn't expect: the crew got better once every bot was incomplete on purpose. they keep going after the laptop closes, push back on each other, reject weak work and clear hundreds of tasks by morning. but the moment something can't be undone, everything stops. 6 bots can run the night. the final stopline is still me.
