Minecraft build cost: Kimi K3.1 Pro $2.30 vs GPT-6 Astra $13.40
Given the identical prompt to build a full browser Minecraft game, Kimi K3.1 Pro cost about $2.30 versus $13.40 for GPT-6 Astra, roughly six times cheaper and open source.

kimi k3.1 pro built a full minecraft game for $2.30. gpt-6 astra charged me $13.40 for the same thing i gave both the exact same prompt: build a full minecraft game in the browser village → blacksmith → mines → nether → stronghold with a working end portal it's the same game, kimi made it almost 6x cheaper, and it's fully open source openai should be nervous
