Qwen Code just got a community PR that lets you send tasks to it by email from your phone and get the results back. A random contributor wanted a feature, wrote it and shipped it into Qwen's coding agent. Thats how open source works. Claude Code is closed source. If you want a feature there, you open an issue and wait for Anthropic to decide. Open models, open tools, open PRs. This is the side Im on.
