A "doctor" bot for Grok Bot teams to catch drift and overlap

The author says multi-bot teams drift, take over each other's jobs and forget corrections, so he built Doc, a background bot that watches each bot's state and flags anomalies.

Grok Bot is be the hottest product in the world right now. But once you start building an actual TEAM of Grok Bots, you’re going to run into a problem I don't think a lot of users are talking about right now. I already told you why every Grok Bot team needs a CEO. The CEO stops YOU from being the middleman for everything. But once your team gets bigger, there’s another job you’re going to not like doing: Being the mechanic... and that’s why I built Doc. My Grok Bot team doctor. And I honestly think this should be one of the first bots everyone adds right after their CEO. This is why... The right way to build a Grok Bot team is with specialists, where each bot has one job. The CEO routes everything. Another bot handles X. Another handles Y. Another handles whatever job you built it for. Just like a team. But then when you work with it for weeks, months... Sometimes, one bot starts talking way too much. Another slowly starts doing another bot’s job. A bot may forget a correction you already made. One stays quiet when it should have spoken up. And without someone watching it, the person who becomes responsible for fixing all of it is YOU. Then, every night you’re checking up on your bots. Correcting prompts. Reminding them what their jobs are. Figuring out who stepped outside their lane. Repeating instructions you already gave them. Then you realize, you just built yourself another job... That’s EXACTLY why I created Doc. Doc runs in the background. Its job is to watch the health of the entire Grok Bot team... every bot I have today and every bot I add later. If everything is working, my Doc does nothing. If something is actually broken, my Doc catches it. If a bot starts drifting, my Doc catches it. If a bot needs a small correction/improvement, my Doc handles the smallest possible patch. If Doc needs my approval for something important, like creating a new bot, deleting one, or changing somebody’s role, it first goes through my CEO, then I make the decision. I rarely need to talk to my Doc... it operates on its own. And whenever Doc actually fixes something, it gets surfaced during my CEO morning and night meetings, which gets reported to me. So the whole system stays clean without me becoming the full-time maintenance person. If you’re building a real Grok Bot team, I highly recommend making one.
