Grok Bot sends an email with attachments from its own address
The author claimed an email address for their Grok Bot and had it email them with five images attached, approving once in chat without opening a compose window.
I don’t need to open an email app to write an email anymore. Grok Bot just shipped email addresses for your bot today, so I claimed mine and tested it on myself. I simply just told my CEO to use my Grok Bot email to email me and say, ‘What’s up, wanna go on a Cybercab ride?’ and attached 5 Cybercab pics to go with it. She asked for permission and I tapped allow once... that was the only button I pressed. And the email was immediately sent to my Gmail inbox. Pretty cool that I never opened a compose window, just gave it an email to send it to, a message, added attachments in the chat, and just talked to my Grok Bot like a teammate. With this, now my Grok Bot can use its own address to sign up for services, contact a business for me, schedule time with someone, or basically do everything you do today with email. I’ve spent years doing all those little email chores myself and starting today, I can just text my bot to do it all for me. Super cool feature!
