Bland ships Blandie voice and SMS support agents

Bland has launched a public demo of Blandie, its new tool that can create branded voice and SMS agents for businesses based on their website. Users get a verified chat with that business’s name and logo, connected to an agent that can handle bookings and payments. > Messages are sent by a verified sender with the company’s name and logo, as RCS on Android and iMessage on iPhone. > Answers are based on the content from the provided website, where the agent is also capable of responding with website screenshots and images. > The agent can remember if a customer has already called the business’s @usebland phone number and refer to it in the text chat.
