Re-registered Claude account survives three days on the same device after a ban
A user says that after their original Claude account was banned they registered a new one without subscribing, still logging in on the same device via the desktop app and web, and it was fine on day three.

@bangbuilds 我的claude封号后，重新注册的还没有封，只不过没敢订阅呢，还是在之前的设备上使用claude desktop app 和网页登陆都没有问题，今天第3天了
