I had my Grok bot build a full valuation model for $MSTR. Its base-case rating is HOLD, with a $146 price target. Its main thesis is that (1) the mNAV premium is mostly gone, (2) the STRC flywheel is barely turning, (3) fixed obligations (dividends) weigh on the shares, and (4) MSTR is a leveraged Bitcoin call with a cost of carry.
