jevVIDEO

live-cue generates visuals while you speak, using Jev to pick what to show

A local Chrome tool listens to speech and uses Jev to decide which line, diagram or number is worth showing and for how long, with no paid API calls; the author built it with Claude Code and is sharing the process publicly.

This is my favorite new project, everything on screen in this video built itself while I was talking. I've been building a tool called live-cue. It listens as I speak and decides what's worth showing: a key line, a diagram, a chart from numbers I say out loud. Then it decides how long each one stays. It runs locally in Chrome with no paid calls, and I built it with Claude Code and it uses Jev for deciding which visuals to use. Still rough pretty around the edges, and I look like a monster from an almond allergy reaction, but whatever, we're building in public. Sharing the build as it goes.
